This year or next year we at bdd would like to organise an inclusive part to bdd. This means that one day our dance theatre summer school will be able to accommodate those with disabilities whom are passionate about dance, theatre and performing.
At this moment in time Roedean’s premises are not strictly accessable for those performers using a wheel chair. However if you use a wheel chair or if you know of anyone who dances in a wheel chair and that is interested in getting involved maybe we can address some of these problems.
The bdd Collective will possibly take place on a couple of Sundays previous to Brighton Dance Diversion’s Summer school integrating with the other participants on the Friday dress rehearsal in preparation for a sharing of their work on Sunday the 12th of August at the bdd Summer Show.
Unfortunately at this moment in time we are just seeing if anyone is interested so the bdd collective may not be official until we have the right surroundings, substantial interest and suitable talent, please get in contact.
